A work permit system proof of concept for PT AMNS Indonesia. The project explores the idea of a dedicated digital environment for permit-related work, providing a concrete starting point for discussing the system before committing to a production implementation.
The context
Work permits belong to a setting where the details of a task and the conditions around it need careful consideration. A digital concept can make the proposed interaction tangible, helping stakeholders discuss how a system should support their existing process.
The proof of concept
The confirmed scope is a work permit system PoC. Its purpose is exploration and validation: a way to review the proposed direction and identify questions for a later implementation. It should be understood as a concept stage, not a claim of a production rollout.
The next stage
Progressing beyond a PoC would require validation against the organisation’s actual permit process, user responsibilities, and operational requirements. Approval rules, safety controls, integrations, and deployment readiness would need to be established as part of that work.
