By accessing and using the Pixely Code website (pixelycode.id), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Pixely Code provides creative technology services including but not limited to:

• Custom web development and applications
• UI/UX design and user experience optimization
• 3D web experiences and interactive design
• Brand identity and visual design services
• Digital consulting and technology solutions

All content, designs, code, and materials created by Pixely Code remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment:

• Client receives full ownership of the final deliverables
• Pixely Code retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio
• Any third-party assets used are subject to their respective licenses

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
• Payment according to agreed terms and schedule
• Providing necessary access to systems and resources
• Ensuring content provided does not infringe on third-party rights

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays in client feedback or additional scope changes may extend the timeline. We commit to transparent communication regarding any timeline adjustments.

Pixely Code's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date. All deliverables and intellectual property remain with Pixely Code until full payment is received.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
